The team from Sauve came out and discussed unit and placement options / what I should expect, laid out the installation plan, and executed exactly as they said they would. Installers were extremely efficient with their time, answered my questions, and took extra care to thoroughly clean up after themselves, leaving a professional installation that I am very satisfied with. A special thanks to Kristine for working with me on processing the invoices in a timely manner. On a side note about the unit we purchased from them - so far both the cooling and heating from the unit has been fantastic.
