Sauve Heating has been doing maintenance for us for a few years, last month the installed a new hot water heater for us, and I can't say enough about how good a company they are to deal with, they are very responsive, pricing is fair, they stand by their work and the service guys are great.

I just had a furnace installed and I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had to make a late night service call. My call was answered immediately, no waiting for a call back. A technician arrived in less than an hour and spent a good part of the night, trying to get my 30 year old furnace running. Unfortunately it’s time had come so I knew I needed a furnace. They didn’t try to sell me parts for an obsolete model, rather they made me a priority and installed a new furnace, within a day, in the middle of a snow storm. While highways and county roads were closed, they went above and beyond to ensure I had my furnace installed. They even went out of their way to drop off multiple space heaters to keep me comfortable, while my furnace was being delivered and installed. They surely did not have to make a separate trip and buy brand new heaters for me but they did. This is the human side of a business. A business that puts customers first. How many businesses would do this? I highly, highly recommend Sauve Heating. They strive for customer satisfaction and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They also stayed within their quote and did no upselling. If you have any issues at all with your heating and cooling, call this company! Amazing service and nothing but quality work

We have recently had a heat pump installed by Sauvé Heating. From start to finish the Sauvé Heating team were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Ben was very patient as we went through the process, questions and concerns were all answered with ease. The installation team were top notch, quick and professional! These guys are definitely at the top of their game! No hesitation at all in recommending them…

They really saved the day, and made the frustration of moving into a home with a non-functioning furnace feel like we had someone in our corner.

We called Suave Wednesday they sent a technician immediately at around 7:00pm with a free diagnostic for the furnace. They ordered the part immediately. Called us as soon as the part came in. Honestly the furnace is 3 years ok they covered it under warranty (which another company did a really shitty install BH) fixed the pipes that weren’t glued by BH furnace has never run better they even sealed all the connections in the furnace so we aren’t loosing all kinds of heat. 100% percent recommend this company and will always use them extremely satisfied

Ben Suave was great when he came to give us a quote on what we needed for our home. He provide a quote for a heat/ac pump. He did inform us that the electrical was separate and that the company can bring an electrician or we could get our own. We did ask roughly how much it would cost for the electrical and he said around $600.00. I cannot complain about the installation or the guys doing the work. They were all professional and did an amazing job. However, I would suggest if anyone does get a heatpump installed that you check around for the cost on the electrician. Our electrical bill was over double the verbal estimated cost.

I will start off by saying the team was great, the work was done well and the guys explained how to use the new heat pump. The pump has been a game changer, house was nice and cold all summer!! The warranty is unbeatable! If I need another one I will probably buy from them again, but... The only reason I'm not giving 4/5 star is because the company told us they could use their partner electrician to hook up the electrical and that it shouldn't cost more than $500-$600 (they said the same thing to my mom when she got hers right after ours). We thought the verbal estimate was great BIG MISTAKE because it ended up costing us $1,075 (4 hours) and my mom was $1,426 (6 hours)!! So be cautious and get an actual written quote from them or find your own electrician! I will say my house did require a bit of extra time to hook up but this should have all been seen when the in-house visit took place, I really don't understand how they messed up my moms estimate even worse (I'm assuming 2 of those hours are travel, but the invoice doesn't explain that nor was she warned about that). The company should stop giving verbal estimates and tell their customers "the electrician charges $x/hour + parts and the cost could vary based on how quickly they can get it done". If there is travel expense, include that as well. After all, this is their partner so they should know that detail at min.

We had used Ben Sauve 3 years ago for a complete new furnace install and we were very happy. Yesterday we hired them again for a new AC unit. We were reminded of how wonderful this company is. 1st the customer service when you call in is fantastic. We had Jordan & Wes as the installation guys and they were both wonderful. They were puctuable, knowledgeable, polite, professional & kept their work space very tidy. If you are in need of a heating or ac company look no further this is the company to use.

In the worst weather ever.. AC on the fritz . Here within1/2 hr . Great price great service . Now we can sleep comfortably tonight 🥰🔥
