The installation was done perfectly; Ben and his team were very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions and provide me with a ton of information about the unit, and maintenance. Everything was installed in the best way possible to maximize space in the utility room which I really appreciated. I am very happy with the service and product I was given. I am glad I was able to have Ben come to my house and upgrade my furnace. I really appreciate Ben's patience answering all of my questions and concerns comparing different units trying to figure out the best option for me. I really would recommend Sauvé heating to anyone and encourage potential customers to not hesitate contacting Ben. He is very knowledgeable and will certainly be able to get you the best unit available to suit your needs. Edit: it's 2024 and just had Sauve heating and air conditioning come and install a hot water heater and heat pump. He then designed the system and how to integrate it best with my 180-year old house. He coordinated the entire install, bringing in crews for drilling in stone, doing the electrical, and of course his team to do the heat pump installs. I’m so pleased with the system. I’m not a huge fan of air conditioning so for the most recent heat wave, I set the units all to “dry” and the house was such a comfortable cool! I’m very excited to see how it does when it’s time to turn on the heat since the cooling was very efficient — not to mention the systems are barely audible inside the house and outside the house. Lastly I was very impressed with all of the teams, including Ben and Kristine (in the office) who are all very professional and knowledgeable. They were all very unobtrusive, cleaned up completely after their work, and were helpful and quick but thorough. Ben Sauve and his team are both professionally excellent and pleasant to work with. Our first experience was in 2023 when Ben solved a problem that our then furnace service provider could not satisfactorily handle. Subsequently, we explored the merits of a cold climate heat pump and received excellent advice from Ben. The Sauve team installed the heat pump in June 2024 and did an all round great job .
