A team was sent to correct the deficiencies very quickly. There were several deficiencies and installation errors that were expertly corrected. Our systems now operate as they should. He provided us with the most thoroughly detailed estimate for a very efficient system (gas furnace, hot water tank, and central A/C) for our new home, so we knew we made the right decision. Andrew even worked around our Reno schedule to install a ceiling vent that we needed done early in our basement. Sauve recently installed a heat pump furnace at my house. I have nothing but good things to say about their work. Ben was very thorough in the process of giving me a quote, giving me all the details about the furnace, and working with me to plan how to fit it into the existing system. On install day, Ben, Andrew, Craig, Hayden and Jordan were here and they moved like a well-oiled machine. They replaced the oil furnace in less than a day and were great to work with. They left the place spotless when they were done. Kristine from the office was prompt with any correspondence and was courteous and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their furnace.
